Canopy Imaging Limited in Auckland is seeking a friendly Clinical Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our Carlton Gore Road clinic. This full-time role combines hands-on clinical assistance with administration and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their visit.
• Manage patient bookings, enquiries and appointment preparation requirements.
• Assist with preparing examination rooms, equipment and patients for imaging procedures.
• Check, rotate and restock consumables; monitor linen and changing areas; report faults or hazards.
• Support radiologists and clinical staff during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient information and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Respond to patient and referrer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist patients after examinations and provide relevant follow-up information.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming clinic environment.

Canopy Imaging is looking for a friendly,organised and patient-focused Clinical Assistant / Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our team at our new Carlton Gore Road clinic inAuckland.

This is a full-time position working 40hours per week, offering a great opportunity to combine hands-on clinicalassistance with customer service and administration.

As one of the first points of contact forour patients, you will play an important role in ensuring they feel welcomed,supported and comfortable throughout their visit. Working alongside ourclinical and administration teams, you will help deliver a seamless andpositive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who brings apositive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment topatient care. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in customerservice or a patient-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to communicate confidently with people from all walks of life.
• Excellent organisationalskills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Good computer literacy,keyboard skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of patientprivacy and confidentiality requirements.
• A flexible, proactive approachand a willingness to support colleagues when needed.

Previous experience in a healthcareenvironment would be advantageous, but your commitment to deliveringoutstanding service is equally important.
