Job summary

Masport New Zealand is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our office-based team. The role is permanent full-time and located at Ti Rakau Drive, Burswood/East Tamaki head office in Auckland.

This position does not offer work-from-home flexibility and runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. As part of the Customer Services Team, you will support the nationwide sales network, handling inbound calls and emails with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for every customer,

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling inbound calls and emails in a customer service role.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening, reasoning, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads.
• Knack for troubleshooting basic technical queries with full product training provided.
