Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the Retail Hub Manager at Coastlands Retail Park, Paraparaumu. The role focuses on coordinating on-site resources, scheduling workload, and ensuring efficient distribution of mail and parcels to PO Box Lobbies.

You will be the daily link between frontline staff and management, helping maintain smooth operations, with no direct reports and a fixed-term contract until April 2027. Availability Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm.
• Problem solving skills – think on the fly and find best outcomes.
• Confidence to interact with people from diverse backgrounds face to face, by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site resources and workload distribution to support the Retail Hub Manager.
• Serve as the day-to-day link between frontline staff and management.
• Assist with allocating mail officers and routing mail and parcels to PO Box Lobbies.
