New Zealand Post is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at Coastlands Retail Park, Paraparaumu. This full-time, fixed-term role (until April 2027) supports the Retail Hub Manager by coordinating on-site resources and serving as the link between frontline staff and management to distribute workloads for mail and parcels.
You will work 7.30am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and efficient customer service environment.

This key role sees you supporting the Retail Hub Manager at our new and temporary Coastlands Retail Park, Paraparaumu location. You'll help create a culture that people want to be a part of. Whilst having no direct reports, you'll play a key role assisting the Manager to coordinate the resources on site. You are the day-to-day linkage between frontline employees and the Manager, ensuring that the resourcing for the day is where it needs to be, in terms of the distribution of workloads. Resourcing decisions are made to align box lobby product volumes to achieve performance targets in a cost-effective way. You decide where to send mail officers, and in what order when tackling the delivery of mail and parcels to PO Box Lobbies. This is a fixed term role until April 2027.
