Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a proactive customer service professional to join our busy team supporting customers across New Zealand, Australia and Pacific markets. You will process customer orders, handle enquiries and help resolve delivery, logistics and order-related issues.

Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Credit teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and support seasonal peaks, product launches, promotions and wider business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within FMCG, logistics, supply chain or a similar environment.
• Confidence managing high volumes of customer enquiries and transactional processing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• A proactive, team-focused approach and confidence juggling multiple priorities.
