Motion is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Auckland to deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service by handling enquiries, quotes, and orders. You will work in a fast-paced team, liaise with internal branches and sales teams, and promote Motion products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

You should have strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, and solid computer skills (MS Office, CRM).

Responsabilidades

• Process customer phone enquiries, emails, quotes, sales orders, and web orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up customer quotations.
• Coordinate customer requirements and procurement activities per procedures.
• Liaise with internal branches, sales teams, product managers, and supply chain to resolve order issues.
• Promote Motion products and identify opportunities to support customers.
• Assist with credit matters and returns documentation as required.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
