Job summary

Cubro is a Tauranga-based healthcare equipment supplier seeking a Customer Services Representative for the Wholesale team. The fixed-term full-time role spans 11 January 2027 to 31 March 2028, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will process orders, respond to enquiries and keep customers informed from order placement to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.

Responsibilities

• Process and invoice wholesale orders accurately and on time.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails for Wholesale and MobilityHub.
• Provide order confirmations, delivery updates and product availability information.
• Proactively communicate delays, changes and discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate quotations using price lists.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and assist with queries.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for dispatch and stock.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain order information.
• Support GM Wholesale and external sales with product information.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and team performance.
