Booth'sLogistics in Auckland is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You'll be the link between customers and our operations teams, helping orders run smoothly and ensuring service levels are met.

You'll handle inquiries by phone and email, track freight, resolve issues, and update records. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach – someone who takes ownership and follows things through.
• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• The ability to stay calm, adaptable and positive when things get busy.
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
• A willingness to pitch in, support your teammates and get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional and timely support.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, keeping customers informed and updated.
• Work with our operations teams to resolve freight queries, delivery issues and other customer requests.
• Managing customer concerns and complaints, finding solutions and following through.
• Processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records and updating our systems.
• Supporting customer reporting, account administration and other day-to-day activities.
• Looking for opportunities to improve the way we work and the experience we provide our customers.
