Job summary

SPQ Limited is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Support team member to help keep our healthcare product supply running smoothly in Hastings. You will handle enquiries, provide accurate information, and support the sales team while developing product knowledge.

You will learn our CRM/ERP system, perform invoicing tasks, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to a supportive, A-grade team environment. This is a Monday–Friday permanent role with full training and remuneration.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of work
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn our CRM/ERP system
• A proven track record of reliability and performance

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email with a polite, professional, and attentive manner
• Support healthcare professionals and the public with accurate information and great service
• Work closely with the sales team, providing high-quality support to all customers
• Develop a strong understanding of our healthcare products, applications, systems, and websites
• Perform general administration duties, including entering and reconciling invoices in the accounting system
• Liaise with suppliers by email and phone to ensure customers receive top service
• Support other team members to improve overall company performance
• Perform other reasonable duties appropriate to the role from time to time
