Job summary

New Zealand Post in Wellington is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator on a part-time, fixed-term basis to support the on-site manager at Grenada Village. You will coordinate resources among couriers, delivery agents, posties and staff to ensure daily resourcing is in the right place.

The role requires strong communication, time management and safety focus. A full NZ driver’s license is mandatory as you may drive work vehicles. Fixed term until February 2027 with Tue–Sat shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Full clean NZ driver's license.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong computer skills.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and compliance.
• Understanding of transport and logistics (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources on site to meet daily needs.
• Act as daily liaison between couriers, delivery agents, and staff.
• Support the Manager to schedule workloads.
• Maintain safety and foster a positive team culture.
• Handle administrative duties with minimal supervision.
