New Zealand Post is seeking a Customer Service Officer for Coastlands Retail Park, Paraparaumu. You will deliver excellent service at front counters and over the phone, handling inquiries, payments and parcel sending across New Zealand and beyond. Some heavy lifting is required on busy days in a fixed-term role through April 2027.

You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zeland and the world.As an NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
