Job summary

RPC Logistics Mangere Bridge is seeking a proactive customer service advocate to join our team. You’ll be the voice of our operation, handling orders, bookings, ETAs and exceptions—keeping the promise we make to customers on the ground.

You’ll work closely with warehouse, dispatch and driver teams, own inquiries end-to-end, chase issues, maintain data accuracy and produce timely PODs and reports. We value fast responders, thoroughness, calm under pressure and genuine care for customers.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service experience across phone, email and in person.
• Comfort with data, systems and data accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own customer enquiries end to end — orders, bookings, ETAs, exceptions.
• Process and check orders in warehouse and transport management systems; keep data clean.
• Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch and driver teams to keep freight moving.
• Proactively chase issues and provide timely updates; keep records and PODs tidy.
