Qualifikationen

• Excellent phone manner and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to report and summarise work.
• Experience in call centres is advantageous.

• Educate and respond to a variety of queries from the public by phone and email.
• Direct callers to the appropriate team across the Department of Conservation.
• Liaise with the public and support compliance and operations as needed.
