Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries by phone and email, educating and guiding callers.
• Forward messages to compliance or operations teams as needed.
• Direct callers to appropriate teams and coordinate across the Visitor Services Team across Aotearoa.
• Deliver messages efficiently with clear and concise communication.
• Support the team to manage varying inquiries and maintain good service levels.
