Job summary

Metalcraft Roofing, part of United Industries, is expanding its Warkworth branch on NZ\'s North Shore. We seek an exceptional administrator to anchor customer service and support the team across orders, logistics and documentation. You will work with ERP/Pronto systems and MS Office to keep processes smooth and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experienced administrator with strong systems, process and structure.
• Familiar with manufacturing/building industry beneficial.
• Organised, adaptable, proactive; able to juggle many tasks.
• Confident using ERP/ordering systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly voice and face for customers by phone, face to face and email.
• Oversee end-to-end job order management from quotation to install.
• Take and manage orders for roofing products and handle all admin in Pronto.

We are on the hunt for an exceptional administrator to anchor the customer service function and become a key part of the team.

Here’s what your day might look like....

So much variety, so we need someone who can develop this role and really own it. You will be working solo at times, while the team are on the road.

• Being the first friendly voice and face for customers by phone, face to face and email.
• Confident working with process, from quotation through to install - the entire end to end job order management process.
• Taking and managing orders for all roofing products and managing all administration and documentation within the Pronto system.
• Handling stock, freight coordination, and supporting the production process
• Providing direct support to the supervisors, sales rep and installers
• Admin, logistics, customer interaction, proactively supporting the team.
• Working alongside the Hobsonville branch with ordering and logistics and administration support.

What we’re looking for...

• An experienced administrator, confident with systems, process and structure.
• Familiarity within a manufacturing environment / the building industry would be very beneficial
• Someone very organised, adaptable (this role will change and grow), proactive, and comfortable juggling many tasks
• Can work happily autonomously and enjoy the
• Confident using ERP / ordering system software and the MS suite.
