Metalcraft Roofing, part of United Industries, is expanding its Warkworth branch on NZ\'s North Shore. We seek an exceptional administrator to anchor customer service and support the team across orders, logistics and documentation. You will work with ERP/Pronto systems and MS Office to keep processes smooth and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experienced administrator with strong systems, process and structure.
• Familiar with manufacturing/building industry beneficial.
• Organised, adaptable, proactive; able to juggle many tasks.
• Confident using ERP/ordering systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly voice and face for customers by phone, face to face and email.
• Oversee end-to-end job order management from quotation to install.
• Take and manage orders for roofing products and handle all admin in Pronto.
