• Digital confidence with the ability to coach customers through tools and technology.

• Assist customers with everyday banking needs and product selection.
• Coach customers through online banking and digital tools.
• Build trust and deliver memorable, positive banking experiences.
• Support community banking by welcoming new customers to Westpac.
