Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers through virtual channels including phone, Teams and video conferencing.
• Conducting quality, needs-based conversations to identify opportunities and provide banking solutions.
• Supporting customers with onboarding, account opening and digital banking setup.
• Building trusted relationships through exceptional customer service and expert advice.
• Working collaboratively with specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes.
