Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience involving reconciliations, accounts, financial records, or detailed data processing.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with figures and investigating discrepancies.
• A methodical and organised approach to work and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling client investment holdings.
• Assisting with pricing of investment assets.
• Investigating and resolving reconciliation and pricing discrepancies.
• Preparing custodial reporting for clients.
• Collaborating with advisers and teams to keep client information up to date.
