Qualifications

• Solid experience in financial services or investment markets.
• Extensive administrative and operational experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with financial data.
• Comfortable using AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude.
• Professional communication and ability to build trusted relationships.
• High attention to detail and absolute discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage Adviser workflows and calendars to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare high-quality Excel analysis and reporting for client reviews.
