Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Planner - Rostering to join our Workforce Management team at Auckland Airport Campus on a 12-month parental leave cover.

In this fast-paced role, you will develop and manage crew rosters that meet operational needs while ensuring regulatory and contractual obligations. You'll work with stakeholders across Airline Operations, Safety, Networks and Digital to deliver safe, reliable rosters.

• Optimising crew rosters to meet operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and analysing crew plans to optimise performance and manage operational risk.
• Supporting and contributing to Workforce Management projects and initiatives.
• Providing accurate and timely crewing information to stakeholders across the business.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members.
• Promoting and maintaining safe and secure work practices.
