Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead workplace safety and food safety initiatives at our Westport store. You will ensure legislative compliance, train staff, and support a culture of wellbeing.

The role involves implementing safety systems, overseeing the Food Control Plan, and engaging stakeholders to maintain robust records and positive safety practices. 30-hour roster with hours to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Programme experience and training.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of initiative and commitment.
• Effective communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

This role reports directly to the Owner Operator. This role is based on a 30 hour a week roster with hours to be discussed at the interview.
