Inghams Chickens is seeking a Part-time Health & Safety Advisor to support our New Zealand site in Waitoa. The role collaborates across the Bostock's supply chain to implement WHS systems, drive injury prevention, and support audits while building a culture of safety.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of Health & Safety experience, a related qualification, and a background in manufacturing or processing environments.

This is a Part time position. 20 Hours per week
The Health and Safety Advisor works collaboratively with the site to provide practical Health and Safety advice and coaching to establish and maintain a safety culture. The role is responsible for contributing to the implementation of our Work Health and Safety Management System to achieve risk reduction strategies, implement proactive training programs and to provide assistance w ith Return to Work functions. The role involves working collaboratively with team members to achieve risk reduction / management, injury prevention and continual improvement
