Foodstuffs South Island Limited is seeking a Compliance Manager in Auckland to lead workplace safety and food safety initiatives. The role focuses on implementing safety systems, ensuring compliance with the Food Control Plan, and training staff across the store network.

You will support return-to-work processes, maintain records, and promote a positive safety culture while upholding store policies and contributing to team wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Engage and train staff and other stakeholders in health and safety and food safety practices.
• Support employee return-to-work processes following injury or illness.
• Maintain accurate safety and food safety records.
• Provide timely information and training materials to department managers and store owners.
• Promote a strong safety culture and positive work environment.
• Adhere to store policies and contribute to team wellbeing.

This role reports directly to the Owner Operator. This role is based on a 30 hour a week roster with hours to be discussed at the interview.
