Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Highbrook-based HR team. The role is geared towards recent graduates or early-career candidates wanting specialist experience in remuneration and benefits, analytics, and reporting.

You will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager and broader HR team, supporting global remuneration reviews, incentive schemes, and data-driven insights to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, commerce, finance, data analytics, computer science or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data and Excel.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in compensation, benefits and HR analytics.
• Clear communication and collaborative work style.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support global remuneration review processes.
• Assist with long-term incentive scheme administration and communications.
• Help with job evaluations, benchmarking and market data activities.
• Manage cyclical benefits programmes and respond to routine queries.
• Maintain accurate data and support regular remuneration and benefits reporting.
