We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Lead to support and evolve our HR technology ecosystem. Working as part of the broader Haier Global HRIS team, you’ll combine deep Workday expertise, business process improvement and stakeholder influence to optimise systems, improve employee experience, deliver scalable solutions and enable continuous improvement and enable key business and people priorities.
This is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor role where you’ll act as the key link between Fisher & Paykel stakeholders and the global HRIS function, ensuring HR technology supports both local business priorities and the global roadmap.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement and stakeholder influence.
