Job summary
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in Highbrook, Auckland, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, ideal for graduates or early-career professionals, to build specialist experience in compensation, benefits and HR analytics. - Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, commerce, finance, data analytics or a related field, or equivalent early-career experience.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and Excel.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Interest in developing specialist knowledge in compensation, benefits, remuneration processes and HR analytics.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexible, curious and proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve processes, reporting and how work is delivered.
- Experience with PowerBI, SuccessFactors/SAP, remuneration processes or job evaluation would be beneficial, but is not essential.

We have an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team based in Highbrook. This role would suit a graduate or someone who is early in their career and is looking to build specialist experience in compensation, benefits and HR analytics. You will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager and wider HR team, receiving guidance and support as you grow into the role.
