Job summary

Cgr Services in Papakura, New Zealand, seeks an experienced AOD Clinician for a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week, 48 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday. You will work within a community-based AOD service supporting adults 18+ and partner with Peer Support Specialists to deliver holistic, culturally responsive care.

• 2+ years' experience in AOD and/or mental health settings.
• Experience completing clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a dual Peer Support and Clinician model.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive AOD assessments and develop recovery-focused plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate with Peer Support Specialists to deliver person-centred care.
• Build relationships with whānau, community organisations and support services.
• Assess and respond to risk; develop safety and relapse-prevention plans.
