Blooming Hill Flowers is seeking an experienced AOD Clinician to join our Papakura-based team in a permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week, 48 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday. You will work in a community-based service supporting adults 18+ with recovery goals.

You’ll assess, plan and deliver holistic treatment, collaborate with Peer Support Specialists, engage whānau and community partners, and maintain clinical records in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed framework.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in AOD and/or mental health settings.
• Current DAPAANZ registration preferred.
• First Aid with CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Full New Zealand driver licence.

Responsabilidades

• Complete comprehensive AOD assessments and develop recovery-focused treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
• Collaborate with Peer Support Specialists to deliver person-centred care.
• Build relationships with whānau and community organisations.
• Assess and respond to risk, including relapse-prevention planning.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical records.
• Facilitate group education and recovery programmes.
• Work within a culturally responsive, trauma-informed recovery framework.
