Job summary

Cartrack is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Client Support in Auckland to guide clients through fleet management software and manage field technician scheduling. The role prioritises customer-first service, accurate CRM maintenance, and proactive client engagement.

Based at the Takapuna office, you will coordinate GPS Technicians' schedules, handle changes, and ensure seamless service delivery while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or helpdesk roles with scheduling exposure.
• Ability to hit daily targets for quick, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with rapport-building and empathy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficient with scheduling software, CRM databases and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality support to resolve client questions and issues.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.
• Coordinate and optimize daily schedules and bookings of GPS Technicians.
• Balance client preferences with team availability to maximize efficiency.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and re-bookings calmly.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to internal teams and clients.
