The Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinator role is an exceptional entry-level gateway into the telematics industry. This customer-first position focuses on guiding clients through our fleet management software and managing the logistical scheduling of our field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries via phone and email
Provide empathetic, high-quality support to resolve client questions, issues, or feedback efficiently
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our CRM system
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong ongoing relationships
Efficiently manage, coordinate, and optimize daily schedules and appointment bookings of GPS Technicians
Balance client preferences with team availability to maximize operational efficiency
Handle last-minute schedule adjustments, cancellations, and re-bookings calmly and swiftly
Communicate schedule updates clearly to both internal team members and clients
About you
Proven experience in a customer service, client care, or helpdesk role, combined with strong administrative or scheduling experience
Ability to meet daily targets for fast, helpful responses to customer inquiries
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and show empathy
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM databases, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet when schedules conflict or unexpected client issues arise
