Job summary

Safety 'n Action is seeking an experienced Customer Service Support person to join our Auckland team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling training bookings, programme information, and course enquiries in a busy, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone and email.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone and email enquiries.
• Book training courses and provide programme information.
• Support customers with booking changes and general enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain CRM and systems with high accuracy.
• Learn products and services to confidently assist customers.
