Job summary

Florence Nightingale Agency in Southland is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead relationships with clients, whānau, support workers, funders and partners, ensuring people receive the right support at the right time. You’ll work autonomously, coordinating services and guiding clients through their support journey.

• Experience in health, disability, aged care, or community services.

• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A full New Zealand driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients, whānau, referrers, and community stakeholders.
• Support clients to access and navigate Home & Community Support and Flexible Supports services.
• Coordinate client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing service delivery.
• Work alongside coordinators and support workers to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Grow referral networks and community partnerships across Southland.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support more people in the community.

We're looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Client Services Manager to join our Southland team. This is a rewarding role where you'll work closely with clients, whānau, support workers, funders, and community partners to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.

You'll play a key role in guiding clients through their support journey, building trusted relationships, coordinating services, and identifying opportunities to grow our impact across the region. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while working autonomously and strengthening community connections.

What you'll be doing
