Job summary

Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust – Christchurch, South Island. We are seeking a organised Clinical Operations Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Community Services team.

You will handle administration, systems support, onboarding, and reporting to ensure services run smoothly and staff have the tools they need. The role involves coordinating clinical administration, mentoring staff, assisting with onboarding, and producing dashboards for service monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical administration, operational support, coordination, or business support roles
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and technology skills
  • Experience with databases, reporting systems and data
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating clinical administration and reception services across Community Services

Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust – Christchurch, South Island

We're looking for an organised and proactive Clinical Operations Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of our Community Services team.

This is a varied role that combines administration, systems support, reporting, technology coordination, staff onboarding, and operational problem-solving. You'll work alongside managers, clinicians, administrators, and support teams to help ensure our services run efficiently and staff have the tools and support they need to do their best work.

No two days will be the same. You'll provide practical support across a range of operational activities, including:

  • Coordinating clinical administration and reception services across Community Services

Experience in ACC, healthcare, rehabilitation, disability support, community services, or the not-for-profit sector would be a strong advantage but is not essential.
