About the Role
As the Client Services Manager Team Leader, you will play an integral role in supporting the Area Manager with the day-to‑day leadership of our Homecare services across the Central North Island region. You will lead by example, providing coaching, guidance, and support to the Client Services Managers team while ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred services.
Working closely with internal teams, Service Users, Support Workers, and healthcare professionals, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen team capability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
This is a permanent full‑time role offering 40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm), Monday to Friday, based in our Hamilton/Tamahere office.
