Rabobank New Zealand Limited is seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide exceptional support to our Online Savings and Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. The role includes handling calls, emails and other communications with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will join a collaborative team, participate in an extensive training program onsite for the first six months, and enjoy balanced hours on a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsabilités

• Provide positive assistance to Online Savings and Agribusiness clients via phone, email and other communications.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in writing and speaking.

• Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions.
