Job summary

Rabobank New Zealand Limited is seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide exceptional support to Online Savings and Agribusiness clients across New Zealand. You will handle calls, emails, and other communications while maintaining a customer-focused, professional approach.

The role offers an onsite training program for the first six months, a balanced 37.5-hour week, and a rotating 8am–8pm roster on weekdays. No banking experience required—training is provided to develop expertise.

Qualifications

• No prior call centre experience required; excellent training provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work as part of a collaborative team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Online Savings customers and Agribusiness clients via phone, email and other channels.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to ensure clear interactions with clients.
