Job summary

Rabobank New Zealand is seeking a Client Services Specialist to deliver exceptional support to Online Savings and Agribusiness clients, onsite in Wellington. The role offers a balanced 37.5-hour week with a roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, and a comprehensive training program during the first six months.

You will handle calls and emails, focus on first-call resolution, and work closely with a friendly team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, both written and verbal, to interact with clients.
• Strong customer focus with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training for banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: assist Online Savings customers and Agribusiness clients via phone, email, and other channels.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication to ensure clear interactions with clients.
