Job summary

Rabobank New Zealand is seeking a Client Services Consultant in Hamilton to provide exceptional support to Online Savings and Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. The role involves handling calls, emails and other communications with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and accuracy.

You will participate in a rotating 8am–8pm roster across a 37.5-hour week, with initial on-site training and a collaborative team environment that values initiative and problem-solving.
