Bupa Crofton Downs Care Home in Wellington is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join the Housekeeping team. You will maintain high standards of cleaning across resident rooms and public areas, follow the cleaning schedule, and safely manage cleaning supplies.

This casual, on-site role has no guaranteed hours and requires rotating shifts, including weekends. You will help create a homely and healthy living environment for residents, report faults to the supervisor, and adhere to health and safety

Competenze

• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Be a proactive team player who can work independently and pitch in where needed.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference for residents.
• Available to work rotating rostered shifts, including weekends.
• Reliable transport and travel arrangements.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Bupa Crofton Downs Care Home is a modern, purpose-built care home located inCrofton Downs, Wellington, overlooking the beautiful Trelissick Park. It offers both rest home and hospital-level care all in a modern and contemporary design.

As a Cleaneryou will be part of the Housekeeping team to:

• Maintain a high standard of cleaning as set out on the cleaning schedule.
• Managing cleaning supplies.
• Meeting of daily schedule to ensure that residents’ rooms and public areas are in perfect order, reporting any faults or issues to the Household supervisor.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe chemical use and storage.
• Treat residents with respect and dignity.
