Bupa Erin Park Care Home in Manurewa, South Auckland, is seeking a casual Caregiver to support residents with mobility, documentation, and social engagement. You will work with a supportive team to maintain a warm, safe environment and contribute to high-quality care.

Applicants should have aged care experience, a passion for helping the elderly, and strong communication skills. MS Office proficiency and NZ work entitlement are required.

Formación

• Proven experience in aged care or healthcare.
• Genuine passion for supporting the elderly.
• Confident communication and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Computer literacy across MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Hold legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.

Bupa Erin Park Care Home is located in a quiet residential area of Manurewa, South Auckland. The home is surrounded by award-winning gardens and is one of Bupa's largest care homes.

As a Caregiver, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to:

• Assist with mobility in line with individual care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation
• Encourage residents to engage in social activities and community life
• Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and your teammates

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Bring proven experience in aged care or a comparable healthcare environment
• Exhibit genuine passion for supporting the elderly
• Possess confident communication and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Computer literacy across MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Hold legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
