Job summary

Consult Recruitment is seeking a Change Manager - Learning Specialist in Auckland CBD. Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates from other large-scale sectors will be considered. Full NZ working rights are required.

Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Change Manager - Learning Specialist. Based in Auckland CBD, one of the worlds largest and most complex insurance companies. Requirements of the role:

• Contract:Six-month rolling contract
• Hybrid:3 days in office required
• Core focus:Strong learning design capability, including end-to-end learning content development and build
• Learning environment:No LMS is currently in place; therefore, this role requires someone comfortable establishing practical, scalable learning tools using the Microsoft Suite
• Facilitation:Confident facilitator and trainer, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience:Proven experience working within large, complex organisations
• Industry:Insurance or financial services experience advantageous, but not essential
• Other relevant industries:Candidates from large-scale FMCG, telecommunications, energy or similarly complex organisations will also be considered
• Ideal profile:A hands-on learning specialist who can design, build and facilitate, while operating effectively in a change environment
