Our client is seeking an experienced Learner Support Lead to establish and lead a learner support function focused on improving outcomes for adult learners with diverse learning needs and backgrounds. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy, capability, systems and practice, ensuring learners have access to the support they need to succeed.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about adult learning, educational inclusion, accessibility and learner success. You may currently work in learner support, literacy and numeracy, disability services, inclusive education, workforce development, vocational education, tertiary education, or a related field where supporting participation and achievement is at the heart of your work.
Working across the organisation, you will act as the subject matter expert for learner support, providing guidance, resources and advice to improve organisational capability while building strong partnerships with specialist providers and support organisations.
This role combines strategy, relationship management, capability building and operational oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring robust learner support frameworks are in place and that learners requiring additional assistance can access timely and appropriate support pathways.
