Savills is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join our Centre Management team at North City Shopping Centre, Porirua. You will be a key team member focused on the day-to-day operations of the facilities to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and retailers.

With a minimum of 3 years in facilities management, you will oversee maintenance, ensure compliance with legislation, liaise with tenants and service contractors, and contribute to reporting and documentation to support

• 3+ years in a similar facilities management role.
• Relevant licences and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all property operations and maintenance activities.
• Undertake hands-on, non-trade specific maintenance and operational tasks as required.
• Monitor operation and performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services systems.
• Liaise with tenants and service contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and processes.
• Enhance the management and operational performance of the property.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation per client procedures.
