Job summary

Colliers Occupier Services in New Zealand seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to own a portion of a national portfolio of retail and commercial sites. You will lead operations, coordinate contractors, and build strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include inspecting properties, managing maintenance and compliance, preparing reports and budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance programmes.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a portion of a national portfolio of retail and commercial sites.
