Savills Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Property Administrator for North City Shopping Centre in Porirua to own the centre’s administrative functions and support the day-to-day operations of a busy retail environment.
You will work with the Centre Manager and a team of retail professionals, applying property management software (MRI preferred) and delivering accurate lease data, supplier invoices, budgets and regular reporting.
A unique opportunity is available for a Property Administrator at North City Shopping Centre, Porirua. In this role, you will take ownership of the Centre’s administrative functions, working closely with the Centre Manager and supporting the day‑day operations of a busy retail environment.
You will join a team of experienced retail professionals with strong expertise in shopping centre management across New Zealand and globally. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing skills while further developing your career within a highly regarded organisation.
