HQ New Zealand is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke business events in Queenstown, with some travel. Based at our Queenstown head office, you will build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and tourism partners, and manage budgets, timelines and on-site delivery.

• A proven track record delivering a diverse range of events from concept through to completion.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Tourism industry experience would be an advantage.
• Experience with conference registration software would be highly regarded.
• Outstanding communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
