Compass Group NZ is seeking a Catering Supervisor for the Ministry of Education in Gisborne. This permanent role offers 35 hours per week during education terms, with leadership of daily catering operations and a strong emphasis on food safety and customer service.

You will lead and develop the catering team, manage rosters, ensure contractual requirements are met, and contribute to student and school outcomes. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required.

As a Catering Supervisor at the Ministry of Education in Gisborne, you will oversee the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring high service standards, food safety compliance, and exceptional customer experiences.
