The position operates on a 2 days on, 4 days off night shift pattern (32–48 hours per fortnight), with a focus on empathy, strong communication and reliability in a team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aged care or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills for building relationships.
• Commitment to night shifts.
• Ability to work a roster pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off.

• Deliver meals and assist with mealtimes.

Job Description:

As a Caregiver at our Trentham Villageyou will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.

Typical duties include:

• Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
• Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
• Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
• Helping with activities

The shift/hours for this role are:2 days on, 4 days off night shifts (32 - 48hrs per fortnight).

Qualifications:

You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.

You’ll bring with you:

• Experience in aged care or a similar role
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
