We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. About the Role

As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for leading restaurant and bar service shifts, ensuring our guests receive exceptional hospitality while maintaining high operational standards throughout every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading restaurant and bar service during busy shifts.
• Supervising and motivating the front of house team.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues professionally.
• Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard.
